France Goes Into Lockdown
April 8, 2021WE MEET AGAIN
As much as I always try to avoid France, for some reason, each and every time I end up staying longer than planned. I took a lovely break in Perpignan, exploring the city with my fav Moroccan hosts, and later hiking through the mountains in search of snow.
Bayonne squad got together, and even though we were missing one gang member, we still had an amazing time, going on hikes, building a snowman, having a snow fight, and biking around!
WILD HORSES
Camargue National Park is full of jewels, flamingos that waddle through the water of the side of the road, wild horses that coexist with the fauna of the area. It is hard not to get infatuated with the area!
FRANCE GOES INTO LOCKDOWN
With a 7 pm curfew and the threat of a big fine for anyone who does not obey the restrictions, I have experienced zero issues traveling. Not a single police officer has questioned me so far, not one evil eye was given. And so the only thing I can do is to put some fresh air into my tires to keep rolling on.
Currently, I am charging my batteries in Marseille and plan to hit the road on Friday. I’m less than 800km away from my next big goal- north of Italy where I will be visiting my sister.
